Thank you for choosing EasySort (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") applies to the terms of use between you and us (the developer) regarding the Application. Please read the following content carefully before using the Application. By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Application on your device in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only and applies only to the official version of the Application.
2. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decrypt, decompile, or otherwise attempt to crack the Application;
- Distribute, rent, sell, lease, or transfer the Application in any unauthorized manner;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or adversely affect the normal operation of the Application;
- Use the Application for any illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
3. Data Management
- Local Storage: The Application provides local data storage. All user data is saved only on the user's device and is not shared with third parties.
- iCloud Sync: If you enable the iCloud sync feature, your data will be encrypted and stored in your iCloud account. We do not collect or access your iCloud data.
- Data Import/Export: The Application supports data import and export in CSV format, ensuring you can manage your data conveniently.
4. Privacy Protection
We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. According to our Privacy Policy:
- We do not collect your personally identifiable information;
- The Application does not contain any third-party advertising;
- Your personal data is stored only locally or in your iCloud account, and we do not share it with any third parties.
5. Subscriptions and Fees
The Application offers both a free and a Pro version. By subscribing to the Pro version, you will unlock more features, such as iCloud sync, data export, etc.
- Free Version: Includes basic item management features and supports local data storage.
- Pro Version: Offers unlimited item management, iCloud sync, data export, and more.
Subscription Terms:
- All purchases will be settled through your iTunes account;
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
- Subscription renewal fees will be automatically charged to your iTunes account.
6. Service Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue some or all features of the Application at any time without prior notice. If the service is interrupted due to technical reasons or legal issues, we will do our best to restore it but will not be liable for any resulting losses.
7. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the stability or continuous availability of the Application. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the Application or any of its features.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the developer's country/region. In the event of a dispute related to this Agreement, both parties agree to first resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court in the developer's jurisdiction.
9. Agreement Modification
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be updated within the Application and you will be notified in an appropriate manner. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
